Fun vintage skirt from the 1990s in various black and brown prints. Very full with elastic waist. Tag reads: Brookside, rayon and cotton and gives a size of Medium but do see measurements below. 

Excellent vintage condition.  I haven't found anything worth noting.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at waist and hip.
Waist: 27" at rest up to about 38" stretched
Hip: loose
Waist to bottom hem: 35.5"
